"return process was kind of annoying"
the waist trainer itself was okay, but it just didn’t fit me the way I needed it to. i tried to return it and getting a response took longer than I expected. the refund also wasn’t very quick, and I ended up having to follow up more than once. not a terrible company, but the return process could definitely be a lot smoother

"Sizing was really off"
So... I ordered my usual size and even checked their size chart, but it still ended up being way too small. I could barely get it closed, and once I did, it started rolling up almost immediately. Maybe it works better for someone else, but the sizing definitely wasn’t right for me. felt like a waste of time...

"Started falling apart way too soon"
I was disappointed with this. The material feels kind of cheap, and after just a few wears it was already starting to fray, way faster than I expected. The hooks got loose too, and the stitching just didn’t hold up. I really thought it would last longer than this, but for me, not worth it

"Pretty uncomfortable, honestly"
I really didn’t like wearing this. It was tight in all the wrong spots and after maybe 20 minutes it started digging into my ribs. Sitting down made it even worse, I kept having to mess with it and adjust it. The fabric felt kinda scratchy too, which didn’t help. I knew it would be a little snug, but this was just annoying and not comfy at all

"Noticeably smoother waist after a few weeks"
I picked one up from mywaist-training.com and have mostly been wearing it around the house. i can see the difference under clothes, my waist looks smoother and more pulled in, which is exactly what I was going for.
It did take a little time to get comfortable, and the sizing felt snug at first, but it loosened up a bit with wear. I wouldn’t call it magic, but if you’re consistent with it, it definitely does the job.

"Support got back to me faster than I expected"
I reached out to support with a question and they replied quickly. From the tone, I kind of assumed they were dealing with a bunch of requests, but they still helped me get things sorted out. It wasn’t totally perfect, but it was easy enough in the end.

"Took longer than expected"
Shipping was slow, like I kept checking the tracking and it just—anyway, it barely updated for days. The product did eventually show up, so that part was fine, but the waiting around was annoying
